Joan Oldham, 84, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on June 12th 2023. She was born in Queens, NY and worked hard for the state of Rhode Island; something she was very proud of. Joan was an intelligent, kind and giving person. She loved her family, playing games, watching TV and paying her bills on time. It would be wrong to say Joan lost her battle because she never stopped fighting no matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Joan stayed strong. Through her we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. Joan was survived by her two sons William and Robert and her daughter Tracy. She also leaves behind her loving brother Frank, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Matthew, Carter, Tyler, Kimberly, Tenae, Tiara, Tyrone, Trayvon and Riley. You will be sorely missed.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a scattering service at 12pm on Saturday, June 17th at Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd. Providence.
